DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
We don’t have a showroom at the moment, but if you would like to see some of the pieces we have finished or take a look at the current stock we can arrange a video call so you can have a closer look.

CAN YOU SEND ME PAINT OR FABRIC SAMPLES?
Yes, of course. Choosing a colour by images online can be very tricky and daunting so to make this process easier, we can send painted swatch sticks with the colour of your choice. It is always a good idea to see what it will look like in your home in different lilting.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ANYWHERE IN UK & IRELAND?
We use our trusted delivery company for deliveries within the UK. Deliveries to Ireland and Scotland can also be organised. Please get in touch to discuss options.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY?
Our workshop is based in Hertfordshire so delivery cost will depend on your postcode. (Most of UK postcodes will vary between £60-70) We work with a trusted and very reasonably priced courier and will be happy to give you an accurate quote or discuss options.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACED MY ORDER?
Ones you placed an order in our store for a finished item we will be in touch to organise a courier to deliver it. Dispatch time is usually between 3-4 working days. Delivery time will depend on where you are and our courier's schedule but we will keep you updated to make sure everything is in order.
WILL THE FURNITURE ARRIVE FULLY ASSEMBLED?
Most of the furniture will arrive fully assembled. Sometimes more bulky items will be dissembled for ease and safety of transportation. In this case full list of step by step instructions will be sent out with your furniture. For even larger antique items we provide an assembly service. Please email us with any inquiries.
HOW DO I REQUEST A COMMISSION?
Commissions can be requested via email. Just drop us a line with what you are after and we will discuss options better suited for you. All commissions require 50% deposit ones we have finalised all the details for your piece of furniture.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
There is a 14-day cooling off period in line with distance selling regulations. If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item, please do so via our courier at your cost. Please note that commissioned items do not fall within these guidelines and therefore are non-refundable. Email us with any questions.
HOW CAN I PAY?
If placing an order through our store, simply check out with your card or PayPal payment. Direct payments for commissions can also be made via Bank transfer. Details can be requested by email.
